Can I list for free?
Yes β€” Basic listings are always free. You only pay if you want Featured placement to appear at the top of search results.
How do I pay via M-Pesa?
After selecting your plan, enter your M-Pesa number and you'll receive an STK push (payment prompt) directly on your phone. Confirm with your M-Pesa PIN and you're done.
When does my Featured listing go live?
Instantly after payment is confirmed β€” M-Pesa within 1 minute, card payments immediately. Bank transfers activate within 1 business day.
Can I boost an existing listing?
Yes β€” go to your Dashboard β†’ My Listings β†’ click "Boost" next to any active listing to add Featured placement.
Do you offer refunds?
If your listing is rejected by our moderation team, you receive a full refund. For active listings, we don't offer refunds but can transfer the boost to another listing.
