Can I list for free?
Yes — Basic listings are always free. You only pay if you want Featured placement to appear at the top of search results.
How do I pay via M-Pesa?
After selecting your plan, enter your M-Pesa number and you'll receive an STK push (payment prompt) directly on your phone. Confirm with your M-Pesa PIN and you're done.
When does my Featured listing go live?
Instantly after payment is confirmed — M-Pesa within 1 minute, card payments immediately. Bank transfers activate within 1 business day.
Can I boost an existing listing?
Yes — go to your Dashboard → My Listings → click "Boost" next to any active listing to add Featured placement.
Do you offer refunds?
If your listing is rejected by our moderation team, you receive a full refund. For active listings, we don't offer refunds but can transfer the boost to another listing.
